3 STEPS TO SELLING WITH ENCORE:

Please contact us to discuss items you wish to sell; we accept mid-range to luxury clothes, shoes & handbags.

​After receiving your items, we authenticate, photograph, price and list them, both online and in store.

We will market your items for up to three months on a sale or return basis. Settlement is made monthly.

It starts with you…

Do you have some luxury items you’d like to sell? We accept mid range to high end luxury brand clothing in excellent condition. If your items are ‘Vintage’ – please contact us to discuss as we have customers specifically looking for vintage items including Chanel, Dior and Gucci. Please note that we do not buy ‘mother of the bride’ outfits.

We are happy to collect items from the Cotswolds and central London. Please call to discuss prior to sending by post - see the ‘delivery and returns’ page. Drop offs are at the Encore shop in Cirencester via appointment; available Tuesday to Friday, 11am - 4pm. Please get in touch should you wish to organise out of hours collection/drop offs however; we are here to help!

Authentication & valuation

Once your items have been received, Linda will then work to authenticate and value each item, and you shall receive an email from Encore listing each of your items and its price clearly. Once the pricing has been agreed by both parties, we will then display your items for sale in our boutique and online, taking all of the hassle of selling your wardrobe away from you. Encore deals with the entire sale process, including all marketing, communications, shipping and returns.

Selling & commission

We work on a 60/40 percentage basis, and payment will be made on sales after the agreed 4 month period that items are on sale in the shop. The date will be added onto your receipt.  If we have 25 plus items, payment will be made occasionally into your account.  Payment will be made via BACS. At any one time, we have over 100 people selling with us, so ask you to contact us via email or  listed contact number please. If the items remain unsold after one year, we will donate to Cancer UK, our chosen charity.
